Earlier today I was leaving Wal-Mart and noticed a pick-up truck parked several spaces down. The dad was strapping his small child into the car seat in the back seat….which was in the bed of the pick up! Is that actually legal? I’m thinking not! I wish I was close enough to get license plate number!
